Deputies in Manatee County are searching for a man accused raping a child.
According to deputies, Excellent Jean-Giles, 61, may be in the process of fleeing the area.
Deputies have issued a warrant for Jean-Giles' arrest. He's accused of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl.
