Two brothers got into a struggle with a homeless man who broke into their home early Friday morning.

According to police, Luis Daniel Concepcion, 31, entered the home on Lee Road in Willow Shores around 5:00 a.m. on Friday.

Ronald Bright Jr., 52, heard his dog barking in the living room of his home so he walked into the room and initially thought his brother, Shawn Bright, 46, was standing by the sliding door inside of the home. Ronald called out to Shawn, but Shawn responded from his bedroom. Ronald and Shawn faught the homeless man and during the struggle, Concepcion hit both of the men. Before the police arrived, Ronald Jr. and Shawn used rope to hogtie the suspect.

Police arrived on scene and found the homeless man hogtied and he was taken into custody. He has been charged with 2 counts of burglary with battery and possession of burglary tools.

ABC Action News looked up Concepcion's past arrests and over the last 10 years, he has been arrested 18 times for probation violations, aggravated assault, possession and other charges.
