BRADENTON, Fla. — An 18-year-old was arrested after Bradenton police said she shot and killed a man Thursday.
Police said the murder happened around 2 p.m. in the 600 block of 12th Ave. W. Officers were originally dispatched to the scene for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found 28-year-old James Singleton with gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the hospital, but later died due to his injuries.
Detectives have identified 18-year-old Kashell Watson as the suspect.
She was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
