NOKOMIS, Fla. — The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting.
The sheriff's office said around 2:20 p.m., they received a call for reports of gunshots in the 200 block of North Tamiami Trail.
When deputies arrived, they found a victim dead at the scene.
The details of the shooting are still unknown at this time.
