Winter Haven Police have taken 14 year-old Rosel Stephene into custody after a tip was received Thursday night.
The tip received indicated that Stephene was inside of an apartment at Sailwind Apartments located at 350 24th St NW in Winter Haven around 8 p.m., according to police.
Officers arrived at approximately 8:10 p.m. and took Stephene into custody without incident and transported him to the Polk County Juvenile Assessment Center.
