POLK COUNTY, Fla. — The Polk County Sheriff's office is looking to hire substitute crossing guards for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year.
The sheriff's office posted on their Facebook page that they need "a few good men & women who desire to work as substitute crossing guards in the Combee/Crystal Lake area of Lakeland, as well as the Auburndale/Winter Haven area."

Substitute crossing guards should be available to work for one hour in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon.
