A Lakeland man was arrested on 65 counts of Lewd Molestation on Victims Under 12 after abuse was reported and he made a full confession.
Earlier this month, a woman called the Polk County Sheriff's Office saying Ezra Raulerson, 65, had inappropriately touched three girls between the ages of 9 and 14.
The three victims each said Raulerson touched them inappropriately, and he later admitted to the crime, saying these interactions had multiple times over the course of about five years.
"Ezra Raulerson's conduct is the worst of the worst - he violated innocent children who depend on adults for their safe care," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. "It sickens us to know that three innocent and precious children were taken advantage of by being held on no bond until a first appearance hearing."
Raulerson was booked into the Polk County Jail and is being held on no bond until a first appearance hearing.
