WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- A 74-year-old grandmother didn't flinch when two armed men broke into her Winter Haven home Tuesday morning.

Chris Barnett was helping her grandchild get ready for school when she heard the glass break from a back door.

"Bam," Barnett recalls. "I said, 'what the hell is going on?' I went to look around, there they coming in the door with a gun, in your face."

The 74-year-old showed no fear during the tense confrontation. The two men demanded that she get on the ground then stole her grandson's clothes and took some cash.

The Winter Haven Police Department says several people saw the two unknown suspects jumping fences and running through yards.

Police officers set up a perimeter around the neighborhood but eventually call off the search about five hours after the break-in.

They are now sharing surveillance video showing someone they believe may be connected to Tuesday's armed burglary.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on the identity of the male or anything about this case to call Heartland Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS (8477).
