Woody's Waterfront bar in St. Petersburg had an upfront view to Tropical Storm Colin making an impact in our area.
The family-run business posted a video of the waves crashing onto their deck.
"It really wasn't that bad of a storm," said Marlene George, Woody's Waterfront owner. "Normally it comes up over the entire building."
The crashing water did minor damage to the deck area and parking lot.
A woman driving a rental car drove right into a large hole in front of the bar. You could see several large holes from beach erosion.
Woody's Waterfront remained open through Tropical Storm Colin, and it plans to continue as a waterfront property.
