Video: Suspect wanted in Clearwater church theft

Clearwater police are trying to find a man who walked into St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church last week and broke into a donation box.
 
The crime occurred shortly after 4 p.m. Jan. 13 at the church at 820 Jasmine Way, according to Clearwater Police Department. The suspect walked into the chapel, which was open, and stole about $50 in donation money.
 
Police describe the suspect as a white man in his 40s or 50s with long, thin brown hair. He stands about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He wore orange shorts, a blue plaid shirt and yellow gloves.
