Three suspects arrested for multiple armed robberies in Oldsmar

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office detectives have arrested three suspects who used a popular dating website to lure unsuspecting victims to local motels. Once there, they robbed and battered the victims at gun point.
 
Charlie L. Woodley, 21 , Cameron M. Davis, 20, and Rachel C. Brown, 19, were arrested early Saturday morning for multiple armed robberies that occurred at the Bayview Motel located at 501 Bayview Boulevard in Oldsmar.
 
Initially, detectives identified two unsuspecting victims reported using the website "Plenty of Fish", a popular dating site, to meet a female. The victims communicated with the suspects who identified themselves as "Jessica" or "Curvy_Cameron93". The victims and the suspects continued communication through text messages and agreed to meet the users in a room at the Bayview Motel.
 
 
Detectives say that when the victims arrived at the prearranged meeting locations, they were battered and robbed at gun point by two male suspects. The suspects stole cash and various personal belongings from the victims and fled the scene.
 
The first robbery occurred at about 8:45 p.m. on June 19 and the second robbery occurred at about 3:25 a.m. on June 24.
 
Through various investigative techniques, detectives were able to identify the suspects as 21-year-old Charlie Woodley, 20-year-old Cameron Davis, and 19-year-old Rachel Brown.
 
Detectives located Woodley, Davis, and Cameron in the early morning hours on June 25. The suspects were interviewed by detectives at the Sheriff's Administration Building located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo.
 
Woodley, Davis, and Cameron were arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident.
 
Woodley and Davis were charged with two counts of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon or Firearm. Cameron was charged with one count of Principal to Robbery with a Deadly Weapon or Firearm.
 
According to detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, as of Tuesday, June 28, two additional victims have been identified in the armed robbery investigation. 
 
The incidents took place at the Bayview Motel in Oldsmar and the Knights Inn Hotel in Clearwater. 
 
The first victim was robbed at gunpoint around 12:20 a.m. on June 16, 2016 at the Bayview Motel. The second victim was robbed at gunpoint around 3:00 a.m. on June 18, 2016 at the Knights Inn Hotel. Both victims reportedly communicated with the suspects on the "Plenty of Fish" dating website. The suspects used the names "Jessica" and "Kala" on the website and arranged to meet the victims at the motels. When the victims arrived, Charlie Woodley and Cameron Davis robbed them at gunpoint, taking cash and personal belongings from them. 
 
These additional incidents resulted in Woodley and Davis each being charged with two more counts of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon or Firearm. The suspects are currently in the Pinellas County Jail awaiting trial. 
 
Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Detectives continue to investigate. 
 
Detectives believe that there are additional victims that have not been identified.
