Pinellas County detectives have arrested a man for exposing himself to women at an Oldsmar shopping center.
It happened at the Marshall's located at 3146 Tampa Rd. and Bealls located at 3140 Tampa Rd.
Detectives say that on Dec. 8, 2017, they were called to Marshall's for a report of a man exposing himself. He was reportedly following a female customer around the store masturbating. When confronted by employees, he left.
Surveillance video and investigative techniques identified the suspect as 25-year-old Antonio Fernandez. However, deputies were unable to locate him.
On Feb. 22, deputies were called to the Bealls in the same plaza for a report of a man matching Fernandez's description exposing himself in the store, this time to two females.
He again left the scene, but on Monday, detectives found him at a residence in Oldsmar, and he admitted to the allegations.
Fernandez was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear - exposure of sexual organs. One of those was related to a charge investigated by Largo PD in February.
