A woman and firefighter had to be transported to the hospital after a fire at a home on 18th Way N. in St. Petersburg.
The call came in at 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, according to Pinellas EMS.
15 units reported to the scene and were able to pull the woman from the burning home.
The victim was then transported to the hospital as a trauma alert.
A firefighter was also transported for heat exhaustion.
At this time it is unknown what started the fire.
