Police seek public's help in finding missing 39-year-old Largo man

The Largo Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a 39-year-old missing person. 
Owen Nathaniel Ryley was last seen in the area of Winding Lane Apartments on Saturday, July 23 around 7:30 p.m., according to police.
Ryley has a condition requiring he take medication on a daily basis. 
He is 5'10" and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, a full beard, and scars on the left side of his chest and stomach.
