SEMINOLE, Fla. — A Seminole woman is facing multiple charges after she was found slumped over in a running vehicle at a large intersection with children in the backseat, according to arrest records.

Audrey Proctor, 25, was found with a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Seminole Boulevard on Friday around 12:30 a.m.

Deputies say the vehicle was running and Proctor's foot was on the brake. She was partially slumped onto the passenger seat, records show.

"The defendant was hard to wake up," deputies wrote in the arrest report. They had to physically move Proctor to get her up, the report says.

Proctor and her vehicle smelled of alcohol, deputies say. She told deputies she drank earlier in the day, but "not recently," according to records.

Proctor was arrested on DUI and child neglect charges. She was released from jail around 9 p.m. on Friday.
