A Seminole man who was arrested for allegedly taking sexually explicit photos of a girl under the age of 12 has been arrested again while he was out on a $60,000 bond.
James Rybicki, 60, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child, one count of Possession of Child Pornography, two counts of Felon in Possession of Firearm, and one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition. He was released from jail around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14.
Detectives recovered new video evidence depicting the same young girl being recorded at Rybicki's home, without her knowledge. Detectives say the video was taken from a hidden camera that he had inside of his home.
Rybicki now faces additional charges. His new charges include one county of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation and one count of Video Voyeurism.
Rybicki is now being held at the Pinellas County jail where he is being held with no bond.
Detectives say it is possible that there are more victims in this case. If you have any information regarding this case, please contact Detective Alvarez of the Crimes Against Children Unit at 727-582-6200.
