Pinellas County Sheriff's Office detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested John M. King, 69, of 6372 126th Avenue, Lot 52 in Largo on Wednesday morning for Possession of Child Pornography.
According to detectives, their investigation began in April after receiving information that King was in possession of child pornography.
Through various investigative techniques, detectives were able to recover six images depicting child pornography from electronic devices belonging to King.
Detectives arrested King and charged him with six counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
King was transported to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident.
