Suspect wanted on murder charge in St. Petersburg crash

A 38-year-old man is accused of killing someone with his car in St. Pete and abandoning the vehicle.
 
Taurus Randall Frederick, 38, is wanted on a first-degree murder charge, according to St. Petersburg Police Department.
 
 
Police said the incident occurred June 20 after Frederick began to argue with Jeron Anthony Davis, 30, in the area of 22nd Avenue South and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street South.
 
Frederick followed Davis in a car, police said, and ran him over. Frederick ran away, leaving the vehicle behind.
 
Davis died at the scene.
 
Frederick stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 140 pounds, police said.
