PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly inhaling the chemicals from a compressed computer duster can, police say.
According to Largo Police, Jacob Thomas Fliss, 23, was sitting in his car in the Walmart parking lot, when witnesses saw him huffing from what appeared to be a metal can. When the officer arrived, he saw Fliss place his lips around the cans nozzle and begin to inhale the chemicals from the compressed computer duster can.
Fliss was arrested just after 4 a.m. and charged with inhalation of a harmful chemical.
Following his arrest, police say that Fliss stated that he went to Walmart and purchased the compressed computer duster with the intent to inhale it.
Arrest records show that Fliss was arrested in January for the same charge.
