PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A few teenagers in Pinellas County got the ultimate prom makeover, straight out of Cinderella.
Andrew Ashton and Steven Andrews's Fairy Godfather program has helped dozens of girls with troubled backgrounds over the last ten years.

The girls are outfitted with everything they need for the prom, including limos, dresses and a complete style makeover.
“I want these young women to know they're beautiful and the beauty comes from within, they just have to let it out. Sometimes they lack a little confidence," Ashton said. "They’ve been in situations that are beyond their control. And I just want to give them something to rise above."

“When I posted a picture everyone was like, 'who is that girl?' I was just like 'that’s me.' Everyone was freaking out, 'that’s not you.' I was like that’s totally me!" said Trinity Rigney, one of the girls who got a prom makeover.
Ashton and Andrews own La Posh Salon in Clearwater.
