PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. -- A disgruntled employee is accused of attacking two fellow employees and trying to drive a city-owned truck into four other people Wednesday morning.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, 52-year-old Errol Gray was fired from his job with the Public Service Department for the City of Indian Rocks earlier Wednesday morning. Witnesses told deputies Gray became angry and attacked the supervisor who fired him and then attacked a 50-year-old woman who saw it all happen.

Gray then got into a truck owned by the City of Indian Rocks and then drove toward four people standing in front of the city hall on Bay Palm Boulevard. The four people ran from the truck and ran back into the city hall.

Deputies said Gray admitted to all of this and said he tried to drive the truck into the city hall and the city manager's office.

Gray is charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, one count of aggravated battery, one count of battery and one count of resisting officer without violence.
