CLEARWATER, Fla. — A 22-month-old girl died in Clearwater on Thursday night after she was found days earlier in her family's back-yard pool, police say.
Clearwater police say Lanita Vasilivena Bykov was found by her father on Monday after both parents were unable to find her.
Bykov was taken to Morton Plant Hospital that day, then transferred that night to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.
The toddler was pronounced dead on Thursday night.
