A Clearwater man has been flown to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg as a trauma alert after being stabbed on Tuesday.
The stabbing occurred on Franklin St. before the male adult ran to the 100 block of Waverly Way around 2 p.m., according to police.
The victim was treated on scene by Clearwater Fire & Rescue paramedics before being flown to the hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Clearwater Police detectives are currently on scene investigating.
At this time, the cause of the stabbing is unknown.
