PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A strong line of storms on Christmas Eve left some people in Pinellas County picking up pieces of their homes.

Neighbors in the Ranchero Village mobile home park off Belcher Road in Largo reported damage Thursday evening. Wind blew the roof off one home and left it covering the entrance of another neighbor's house.

ABC Action News also spotted damage to a mail area overhang and carports.

Fiona O'Rourke lives in the neighborhood. She says she was at a Christmas party and got a call from her neighbor alerting her to the damage. O'Rourke came home and discovered a roof blocking the front of her house. She says she rushed in to check on her dogs, who were okay.

“I’m so blessed that there was no injuries. No injuries I don’t think in this whole park," said O'Rourke. "There’s a few houses that have lost roofs, but I haven’t heard that there wasn’t any injuries.”

O'Rourke says she is blessed there wasn't more damage. We have not heard of any reports of injuries from the storm.
