PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A caregiver at an assisted living facility in Pinellas County has been arrested after deputies say he stole an elderly resident's credit card.

Sejour Fulks, 20, was arrested on Wednesday by Pinellas County deputies. Deputies say that Fulks, who works at the Lake House Assisted Living Facility in Largo, stole the credit card of an elderly resident he was a caregiver for.

Deputies say that Fulks went to Walmart and spent $70.46 using the stolen credit card. Walmart in-store video footage showed Fulks making the fraudulent purchase. Deputies say that he signed the purchase receipt in the elderly victim's name without her knowledge or consent.

Deputies say Fulks later admitted to his fraudulent usage of the victim's credit card.

Fulks was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of personal identification information, fraudulent use of a credit card, and forgery.
