A judge ordered a behavioral evaluation and ordered that the 16-year-old be held in juvenile detention.

Original Story | Detectives have arrested and charged a 16-year-old St. Petersburg boy with sexual battery at a school.

Zarif Mingo, 16, is accused of sexually battering a 14-year-old girl at Lealman Innovation Academy located at 4900 28th Street North.

The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on December 7, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's office.
