PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A woman is accused of child neglect after a good Samaritan found a child wandering alone along a busy road in Pasco County.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, a witness spotted a 2-year-old child walking toward FL-54 in Zephyrhills unsupervised. The witness, not knowing where the child came from, took the child to a nearby fire station.
Following investigations, deputies tracked down 28-year-old Jordan Carr, who was working at her job. Carr told deputies she left the child unsupervised while she went to work, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.

Carr was charged with child neglect with minor or no injuries, according to an arrest report.
