Pasco County detectives are investigating a shooting at a home in Wesley Chapel.
Deputies responded late Tuesday night to a possible home invasion occurring in the 3800 block of Redwood Drive.
The Sheriff's Office reports someone shot a female at the home. She was taken to a local hospital. Her condition in unknown.
Detectives do not believe the home invasion is a random act and the general public is in danger. Authorities say there is no indication any suspects are in the area at this time.
