A 2-year-old boy has been transported to a Tampa area hospital via Bayflight after nearly drowning in a pond in New Port Richey.
Pasco Fire Rescue paramedics arrived to 9253 Yellow Lake Drive and started to perform life saving measures after responding to a call at 7:03 p.m. on Wednesday.
Pasco Sheriffs Office officials are on the scene investigating.
The condition of the victim is not being released at this time.
