Two women are accusing a Pasco County sleep technician of inappropriately touching them while administering a session.

Andrew Chickoree was arrested Tuesday for one county of sexual assault and one count of battery stemming from two incidents in New Port Richey and Zephyrhills.

Chickoree was previously employed as a technician administering sleep studies at Pasco Sleep Center, in New Port Richey, and Florida Medical Clinic Sleep Lab, located in Zephyrhills.

One victim reported to police that she woke up to Chickoree washing her feet, then moving his hands up her leg.

"He was going in there and started off by saying, 'this is part of our medical procedure, this is part of why I’m doing what I’m doing,' and then that led to the sexual battery," said Det. Edward Campbell, with the New Port Richey Police Department.

Campbell says that incident was captured on surveillance camera inside the sleep lab.

Patient Ashley Clark says she is relieved police arrested Chickoree.

"Knowing someone could take advantage is kind of shaky," said Clark. "That doesn’t make me feel comfortable at all."

ABC Action News has confirmed, Chickoree was properly licensed and has been a technician for three decades.

It is suspected there may be more victims.
