A car driven by a 68-year-old woman crashed through the front of a dry cleaners in Odessa on Thursday.

The accident happened at Majik Touch Cleaners at 16238 State Road 54.

According to Pasco County Sheriff's Office, a driver pulled into the parking lot and drove straight into the building while people were inside.

There were no injuries, but there was extensive damage to the business.

According to the FHP report, the 68-year-old woman was cited for careless driving as they believe she accidentally put her foot on the gas pedal instead of the brakes.

The vehicle missed a woman working inside the location.

Tina Baumgarten just went to the side of the store to sit down for a break before the SUV Cadillac came through the business.

"I don't know why I sat down, I couldn't tell you why," she said, "I sat down in the middle of my work."

Baumgarten went to sit down before the crash to post a status on Facebook that read, "Life is short."

"Somebody was looking out for me," she said.
