Pasco County Deputies arrested two men, one armed and wearing a bulletproof vest, on Monday morning.
They tracked James Kenny to a residence on Allyson St. as part of an investigation and established a perimeter.
Kenny and another man, Anthony Steve, ran out the back door. They were pursued by Pasco and New Port Richey K-9 units and were both caught and arrested.
Steve was wearing a bulletproof vest and had a gun on him at the time. He was arrested on charges of being a felon in possession and violation of probation.
Kenny was arrested for two stolen motorcycles that police recovered at the scene, as well as fleeing to elude; charges that dated back to the week before.
