A $30 million dollar manufacturing facility will be built on the southern-most lot of NorthPointe at Suncoast Crossings and it is bringing up to 500 new jobs to Pasco County.
They have not broken ground on the 250,000 square foot facility just yet.
The company, Mettler Toledo, is based in Switzerland and manufactures technical equipment including machines to x-ray food to make sure it is safe before it ends up on the grocery store shelves.
Entry level to management jobs will be available.
