PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- A group of firefighters is getting props for rescuing two dogs and 11 puppies that were trapped under a shed.
The Pasco County Fire Rescue and an animal control officer responded to a call from a home where a witness found two mother dogs and the pups under the shed. The firefighters hit the dirt and grabbed all 13 dogs from under the hot shed, according to the Pasco County Fire Rescue.
All 13 dogs have fully recovered and are staying at a rescue shelter until they find their fur-ever homes, according to firefighters.
Officials did not say how the dogs ended up under the shed in the first place.
