PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — As of Valentine's Day, every public school in Pasco County has life-saving Epipens on campus.
Pasco County Schools partnered with the Florida Department of Health - Pasco County to implement the Epipen in Schools Program.

Within days of the program launching, schools officials say an Epipen was used during lunch at a Land O' Lakes high school on a student with a peanut allergy.
Each campus will have at least three staff members who will receive training from the school nurse so they're prepared to respond if a student or adult has an anaphylactic reaction.
