HOLIDAY, Fla. — It was a frightening moment for two Pasco County students walking to their bus stop Thursday morning.

Pasco investigators say Matthew Martson pulled up to two young girls and asked for sexual favors. Their mother tells ABC Action News he was touching himself during the interaction.

"It scares me to think that my daughters can’t even walk down the street to get on the school bus," she said.

It happened around 7:50 a.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Ironware Drive and Pleasure Drive in Holiday.

A neighbor's surveillance camera captured Martson driving up to the girls then speeding off near Darlington Road as the school bus arrived.

Martson was arrested on Friday after police asked the public for help identifying him. He faces two counts of lewd and lascivious acts on victims under 16.
