Two men were arrested after a machete attack in New Port Richey Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at 9539 Cardy St. in Pasco County. Deputies responded to an aggravated battery call.
Christian Mercier said he came to his home to kick out anyone who was there. When he confronted several people inside, one of them named "Mick" hit him on the top of the head with a machete.
Mercier had minor injuries which possibly required stitches. He did not need to go to the hospital.
Deputies took the machete which was left in a truck in the driveway, and later arrested Miki Tabakovic on aggravated battery charges. Thomas Martinez was also arrested for two counts of aggravated assault related to the same incident.
