Four people have been pulled from the water off Pier 60 in Clearwater after two boats overturned, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
The Coast Guard believes the vessels are related to a sail boat regatta going on in the area. The races featured competitors headed to the upcoming U.S. Olympics.
Action News Chief Meteorologist Denis Phillips says the area saw gusts up to 40 mph today.
