Clearwater Police are working to figure out who attacked a woman outside of a local business. Police told ABC Action News her injuries are threatening.
The discovery was made early Thursday morning outside of a business located at 1139 Eldridge Street.
Investigators report that an employee who was showing up for work Thursday morning found the woman. He then alerted police.
The victim was taken to Bayfront Hospital with pretty serious injuries. Investigators told ABC Action News she suffered upper body trauma.
Police spent the morning in the surrounding area gathering evidence on what they are referring to as a case of aggravated battery. The victim's identity has not been released
