Police say they have arrested and charged Jeremiah Rodriguez, 26, of Clearwater after a woman was found dead in her Clearwater apartment on Friday morning.
Saniye Salahutdin, 22, was found dead inside of the apartment that she lived in with her mother after police responded to reports of gunshots.

On Friday, police said that the shooting did not appear to be random.
Rodriguez has been charged with murder in the first degree. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail early Monday morning.
