Clearwater Police hope surveillance video will help identify a serial armed robber threatening cashiers and clerks at knife point.

Since Oct. 28, police said the man has robbed three different stores.

The first store hit was the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 1803 N. Highland Avenue. A second robbery took place early Sunday at the 7-11 at 1898 N. Highland Ave. The third robbery was few hours later at the Walmart at U.S. 19 and NE Coachman Road.

In one robbery police said the man implied he had a gun. In the 7-11 robbery the video shows he pulled a knife on the cashier and jumped over the counter to take the money from the register.

The suspect is described by police as a Hispanic or Middle Eastern man about 6 feet tall with a slender build and light facial hair. He may have left the last crime scene in a white Toyota.

Anyone with information is urged to call Clearwater Police at 727-562-4242.
