The Clearwater Police Department is remembering one of their own four-legged officers this morning.
K-9 'Koa' served alongside handler Officer Scott Dawson from 2005 to 2010 and has sadly passed away at the age of 14. He would have been 15 this year.
The Clearwater Police Department shared the K-9's photo on social media and said "We will forever remember the service of Koa to CPD and the city of Clearwater."
