A Carrollwood couple is being charged with several drug related crimes, including manufacturing meth in the presence of a child.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the couple had meth and meth making chemicals inside of their home near Hampton Park where they live with a 16-year-old child.
42-year-old Vandy Hoffman and 39-year-old Toni Capen were arrested after deputies executed a search warrant on Monday.
