TAMPA, Fla. — Virtual training is now available to help parents across Hillsborough County learn to use the new online learning platform called Canvas.
Students who attend in-person classes, as well as eLearning students, will be using the new online platform to submit some assignments, connect with teachers and students as well as access additional classroom materials.

Through Canvas, parents have the ability to view their students’ course content (assignment due dates, assignments, course modules, etc.) by creating a Canvas “Observer” account that is linked to their child's account.
This platform replaces Edsby, the online learning tool that Hillsborough County students were using at the end of the 2019-2020 school year.
