TAMPA, Fla. — We know this can be the busiest time of the year for many parents with kids back in school and fall sports.

We have some hacks for you to help keep your family on schedule.

We did some research and found these three calendar apps are better than the one on your phone.

First up is Cozi Family Organizer. It lets you coordinate schedules and activities across devices, track grocery lists and even plan meals.

Then there’s Evernote. This app allows you to share lists, notes, and reminders with family members. You can also easily record and share audio notes.

There’s also Trello. This app essentially works like a family cork board. Anyone can add links, dates and things to do.

You can find each of these apps on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

If you’re looking to cut down on time getting your kids out the door every morning, we have an easy trick for you.

We’ve seen many parents only share this idea: use a shoe organizer to help pack your kids’ lunches.

Just hang it up in the pantry and fill the pouches ahead of time with different, snack, juice boxes, water bottles, or treats you can use for lunch.

All you have to do is grab the contents in a pouch and head out the door.
