TAMPA, Fla. — Police in Tampa are searching for a man they say approached a victim in a wheelchair and stole their wallet.
Security footage Tampa Police released shows the wanted man reach into the victims pocket and take the wallet before running away.
Police say it happened 6th Avenue near 21st Street on August 7.
