A deputy cruiser rear-ended a school bus carrying seven students on Tuesday morning in Thonotosassa, officials say.
The crash occurred just after 6 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at the bus stop on Bunk House Lane and Main Street.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, a school bus was transporting students to Armwood High School in Seffner when they were rear-ended by an unmarked Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputy cruiser.
Deputies say that one student was complaining about a minor neck pain and will be checked out by medical professionals.
