THONOTOSASSA, Fla. — Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office have arrested a registered sex offender for having child pornography.

Charles Burns, 33, of Thonotosassa, was arrested on Monday, October 29 and charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography 10 or more.
Deputies found an SD card containing over 1,000 images of child pornography at a laundromat in Seffner. The detectives say the card was Burns' SD card.
Burns is a repeat offender and he was arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office last year for failure of sex offender to report biannual.
