TAMPA — The search for an armed man is underway after he robbed a Dunkin' Donuts in Hillsborough County.
Tampa police said the male entered the back window of the Dunkin’ Donuts at 4325 W Hillsborough Ave., took the cash register and left through the same window he entered shortly before 3 a.m. Friday. The register had about $350 inside of it.
Police said the robber implied he had a weapon. The clerk was not injured.
Despite a search via helicopter, canine and ground units, police were unable to locate the man.
The robber is described as a male wearing a mask, black hoodie, dark jeans, white/black shoes and white gloves.
