TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. — The Temple Terrace Police Department is investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian early Saturday morning.
Officers say the accident took place around 6:30 a.m. on Fowler Ave near the intersection of Hoyt Avenue. Police say it involved one vehicle and one pedestrian, 46-year-old Charles Kinsey who was deceased when officers arrived on scene.
